Claire Mulligan is head of DWF Law LLP in London, a global provider of integrated legal and business services. She has been advising the travel and tourism industry for over 30 years and acts on behalf of the members of the School Travel Forum and is an expert when it comes to advising schools as to their legal obligations when organising school trips.
As leader of DWF’s Travel team, Claire advises on the full spectrum of travel liability matters and handles litigation arising from accidents and incidents across the travel and tourism landscape.
