Yandell Publishing has announced that School Travel Organiser magazine will increase its publishing schedule up to five editions in 2024, plus the annual Learning Outside the Classroom Yearbook.

The magazine reduced frequency during the Covid pandemic, but reader and advertiser feedback indicates that the publication is now in a position to serve the market more frequently again.

The schedule for 2024 will be as follows:

  • February/March
  • April/May
  • June/July
  • September/October
  • December/January

The LOtC Yearbook will publish in November.

Commenting on the announcement, publisher Rob Yandell said: “With strong magazine engagement and advertisers sharing stories about securing great business and new bookings, we feel the time is right to increase our coverage again and meet the needs of readers and advertisers through the print and digital e-magazine.

“School Travel Organiser remains the most effective way of reaching an engaged, targeted readership with unique content presented through a brilliant combination of print, online e-magazine editions, the schooltravelorganiser.com website and regular newsletters. It is also the core product supporting the annual School Travel Awards.”

Earlier this year the ‘School Trips & Learning Outside the Classroom’ survey confirmed that School Travel Organiser remains Britain’s market leading school travel publication. You can read the full results here.

Rob added: “We believe that nothing comes close to the quality content and presentation we provide, and the resultant readership engagement we create. And now, as well as giving an increased service to readers, we can also offer our advertisers a more frequent opportunity to reach this important market over the year.”
