There’s still time to get your tickets to attend the key date in the school travel diary – the School Travel Awards ceremony – in London on Friday 16th November.

School Travel Awards

The School Travel Awards recognise the very best across the school travel sector, celebrating invaluable experiences and life-long memories. There are a total of 17 award categories highlighting providers and venues that have really delivered when it comes to learning outside the classroom.

What you need to know

The School Travel Awards year-long campaign culminates in the Awards luncheon and ceremony on Friday 16th November at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London.

Television broadcaster and newsreader Fiona Bruce, who is a regular presenter of both the BBC News at Six and BBC News at Ten, will return again to co-host the awards and celebrate school travel.

Speaking at last year’s ceremony in London, Fiona said: “Just some of the reasons I love coming to the School Travel Awards are; I’m a parent and I have been on school trips with my children and I’ve handed them over to teachers, sometimes with some trepidation.

“I think it’s so right that we should celebrate what extraordinary teachers do, what incredible schools do and the amazing trips they take the students on and the learning experiences they give them.”
