The World of Frozen will open at Disney Adventure World on 29th March, 2026 with highlights including Elsa’s Ice Palace and a new themed ride.

The new Frozen-themed land will transport guests into the Kingdom of Arendelle, recreated on a life-size scale, with an 118-foot-tall North Mountain, topped by Elsa’s Ice Palace.
At the base of the mountain, Arendelle will feature a town square framed by colourful Nordic-inspired buildings. Villagers, accompanied by a reinterpretation of the films’ iconic songs, will guide guests to Arendelle Bay, the Fountain of Friendship, or Arendelle Castle.

The heart of the village will be Frozen Ever After, a new attraction taking guests on a boat ride alongside Anna, Elsa, and their friends.

The ride will travel from the snowy forest to the Valley of the Trolls, through Elsa’s dazzling Ice Palace, before ending with a spectacular finale in Arendelle Bay lit by snowflake-shaped fireworks.
Guests will also have the opportunity to meet Anna and Elsa in Arendelle Castle and interact with other beloved characters around the immersive world, including a true-to-size Olaf made possible by robotic figures.
A historic milestone for Disneyland Paris
The World of Frozen is the latest ‘world’ to open in Disneyland’s second park, known as Walt Disney Studios, which is being transformed into Disney Adventure World.
It features a new main avenue with entertainment, a new attraction inspired by the film Tangled, 14 new dining locations, and Adventure Bay, a new lake with a nighttime show.
The second park will transport guests into the worlds inspired by Disney Animation, Pixar Animation Studios, and Marvel Studios films - the World of Frozen, the Worlds of Pixar, and the Marvel Avengers Campus. A fourth world, inspired by the classic Disney Animation film The Lion King will open at a later date.

Natacha Rafalski, présidente of Disneyland Paris, commented: “29th March 2026 will mark a historic milestone for Disneyland Paris with the transformation of our second park into Disney Adventure World, and the opening of its spectacular new expansion, featuring World of Frozen.
“With this step, we’re pursuing the most ambitious transformation in our resort’s history, pushing the boundaries of storytelling and inviting guests to live their own adventures in the extraordinary worlds of Disney Animation, Pixar, and Marvel. This marks a new era for Europe’s number one tourist destination, filled with deeper storytelling, stronger emotions, and unforgettable moments.”
