The annual School Travel Awards recognise inspiring people and the best companies, venues and attractions providing school trips. There’s big prizes for schools too.
Organised by School Travel Organiser magazine, this special initiative celebrates learning outside the classroom and raises the profile and importance of school visits.

Save the date: the 2026 awards lunch and ceremony will take place on Friday 20th November at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London.

The ‘My Best School Trip’ Award for 2026 is open for entries and you can download the Entry Pack containing everything you need to know. There’s a first prize of £2,500 for an educational visit that has really stood out for the impact it has had.
Nominate your School Trip Champion: there’s £2,500 up for grabs
We’re now welcoming nominations for the 2026 award, which comes with an increased prize of £2,500 for the winner’s school as we shine a spotlight on teachers, EVCs and school staff.
