The Paddington Trail is open

Date Posted: 06/11/2014

50 Paddington Bear sculptures are now positioned around the capital.

If you go down to the capital today, you’re sure of a big surprise. Because 50 uniquely designed statues of Paddington Bear have been stationed around the city.

The bears have been designed by a long list of celebrities, including David Beckham, Emma Watson, and Benedict Cumberbatch, as well as a team of designers.

Located outside historic landmarks such as the Museum of London, Horse Guards Parade, and The Royal Opera House, the trail could be a great way to peak children’s interest in the history of the capital’s historic sites.

Plus, there could be art, nature and science lessons that could be made more colourful through the association with the bears.

The trail will run until 30th December and seeing the bears is free. To find out more, visit
