Tall Stories’ new Julia Donaldson adaptation on tour

Date Posted: 12/11/2014

Tall Stories’ show Room on the Broom is now touring the UK until next spring, bringing a witch, her cat, a dragon, a few friendly animals and much more.

The show is a musical adaptation of the best-selling book by Children’s Laureate, Julia Donaldson MBE and the tour includes a six-week run at the Lyric Theatre in London’s West End.

Room on the Broom is aimed at children aged from three to eight years old and is a good introduction to theatre for pre and Primary school children. Expect enchanting puppetry, sing-a-long songs and hilarious fun for everyone.

Join a witch and her cat as they fly happily along on their broomstick – until a stormy wind blows the witch’s hat, bow and wand away into the night.

Room on a Broom tour dates include:

•    Lyric Theatre, London: 26th November – 11th January
•    The Grand Opera House, York: 26th – 27th January
•    The Rep, Birmingham: 28h January – 1st February
