Springtime fun at Sacrewell

Date Posted: 29/01/2015

You and your pupils can indulge in some traditional farmyard fun at Sacrewell in Cambridgeshire this spring.

The farm’s annual lamb feeding shows will be back from 7th March, and will include baby goats for the first time this year.

Lamb and kid feeding shows will take place every day until 19th April and Sacrewell’s expert rangers will be on hand to talk to children about how they care for the Cade (orphaned) lambs and kids until they’re old enough to go out into the paddocks.

Sacrewell is home to a variety of animals, heritage buildings and displays set in 50-acres which bring to life the history of the farm and aims to teach adults and children about the importance of food and farming.
