Some Girl I Used To Know to star Denise Van Outen

Denise Van Outen stars in a new one-woman play with music, Some Girl I Used To Know, which will tour the UK next spring, opening at the West Yorkshire Playhouse on 29th January.

The production is co-written by Van Outen and Terry Ronald, directed by Michael Howcroft and designed by Morgan Large.

Denise Van Outen’s broadway and West End performances include Tell Me on a Sunday, Chicago, Rent: Remixed and Legally Blonde, and her television roles include Mary in Hotel Babylon and Michaela in The Empress’ New Clothes.

Synopsis

Stephanie Canworth has it all; a successful career, supportive husband and she’s a media darling. 

But a Facebook poke from a former love brings the memories flooding back. Is this really the life she wants? Songs from the 80s and 90s accompany Stephanie’s journey down memory lane.
