Knebworth House’s 2015-16 schools programme now available to book

Formally a Tudor manor house, Knebworth House and grounds is now taking bookings for its 2015 to 2016 schools programme, aimed at a variety of Key Stages from Early Years Foundation Stage all the way up to KS5.

Featuring subjects such as Local History, Literacy and Science, the educational sessions are available from March until September.

Students visiting from June onwards will also have the option of a visit to the Adventure Playground.

The estate’s programme aimed at students studying Literacy ranges from The Storysaurus Stomp (a session where students will meet and write with a friendly dinosaur character) for Early Years Foundation stage, all the way up to Edward Bulwer Lytton: Victorian Novelist, for Key Stage 5.

Key Stage 1 students also have the option of History workshops such as Tudor Treasure Trail and Victor’s Victorian Ventures and Science programmes Monsters and Mazes and From Seeds to Cedars: How Plants Grow.
