Arundel Castle in West Sussex has added to its already comprehensive education programme by reintroducing historical interpreter It’s The History Man.

Set to inspire young minds, It’s The History Man at Arundel Castle adds to the venue’s education offering for KS1 to 3 History.

Historical interpreter Paul Ullson will dress in a range of guises as The History Man, and pupils will be able to talk to him about what life was like in years gone by.

The History Man provides accurate interpretations of characters from history from as far back as the 12th century.

Five new characters include a Norman knight portrayed during the signing of the Magna Carta, a castle guard protecting the castle during the 12th and 13th centuries and a medieval monk who was the chaplain to the Earl of Arundel in the 12th century.
