A haunted Halloween climb at the O2

Date Posted: 11/09/2013

Up at the O2 in London will be upping the scares this Halloween with a haunted climb based on a lost explorers theme, with live actors.

Climb of the Cursed: Final Ascent will give school groups the chance to experience the walkway above the iconic London venue in the dark.

The climbing experience will take students from Base Camp across a tensile fabric walkway suspended 52-metres above ground level. An observation platform at the summit will enable climbers to take in night views of the capital before descending back to base.

Halloween storytelling will enhance the thrills at different parts of the climb with scares and surprises along the way.

School trip organisers can opt to combine Climb of the Cursed: Final Ascent with a visit to many of the other entertainment offerings at The O2, including The British Music Experience, an 11-screen cinema complex and a variety of bars, restaurants and leisure facilities.

Up at The O2 – Climb of the Cursed: Final Ascent is suitable for anyone over ten years old (and 1.2m high).
