The Mousetrap announces more dates and new cast members

Date Posted: 02/01/2013

Standing as the world’s longest running stage production, The Mousetrap has extended its UK tour dates until June due to popular demand.

From January, Elizabeth Power and Bob Saul will join the cast as Mrs Boyle and Sargent Trotter, alongside existing cast members including Steven France, Karl Howman and Jemma Walker.

The famous murder mystery takes place in a guest house, recently opened by a young couple, Molly and Giles. Guests arrive, and discuss the recent murder of a lady in London.

When an inspector turns up to warn them the murderer may be on his way, another guest is killed, and an investigation begins into the identity of the killer. A trap is set up.
