New under-eights exhibition at At-Bristol

Date Posted: 20/03/2013

At-Bristol science centre has launched a new exhibition, Build It!, especially for school groups of under-eights'.

Build It! is an interactive construction site, where children can work with giant building blocks and a scaffold, in order to create their very own grand design.

Deciding where the windows should go, how many tiles are needed and making sure that everyone is working safely, children will need to work together in their various roles to negotiate their way through these challenges and more.

Dan Bird, exhibitions director for At-Bristol, said: "Designing, developing and building science and engineering exhibitions is what we do best and we're constantly proving to be at the forefront of exhibition design around the world.

“Our aim is to provide a unique platform to showcase an element of science and to bring it to life so that it can be played with and explored by thousands of people, whether that's in At-Bristol or further afield.”
